En lugar de una taza de café, opta por beber un té verde, o cualquier bebida con hierbas, especialmente las adaptógenas como el cordyceps, la schizandra, el ginseng, el astrágalus y el regaliz. El té verde contiene cafeína, que puede aumentar los niveles de energía, similar al café pero es más saludable.
